1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RAW, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to create an account or make purchases. The App is not directed at children under 13.

2. Accounts & security

• One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, rewards, or referrals.
• Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity that happens on your account.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account, username, password, or access tokens to anyone else.
• Accurate profile info. Country and username choices should not impersonate others or violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

When using RAW, you agree not to:

• Use bots, macros, auto-clickers, scripts, or any artificial means to inflate taps, coins, scores, or rewards.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or probe the App or its servers beyond normal use.
• Interfere with other players, harass, spam, or use offensive usernames/profile content.
• Exploit bugs, duplications, or unintended mechanics. If you find one, please report it via the Support card.
• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or disrespectful purpose, including content that insults religious figures, beliefs, or communities.

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended, reset, or removed without notice.

4. Coins, tiers & virtual items

• Virtual currency. RAW coins, levels, auras, button skins, and other unlocks are virtual items with no real-world cash value.
• Cosmetic only. Paid tiers and coin purchases unlock cosmetic or convenience features. They do not give a competitive PvP advantage.
• No transfers or refunds. Coins and unlocks are tied to your account, cannot be sold or transferred, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Purchases. Real-money transactions are handled by third-party payment processors. RAW does not store your payment card details.
• Ad-gated unlocks. Some rewards can be unlocked by watching an optional rewarded ad or by paying a significant coin alternative. You choose the method.

5. Advertising & consent

RAW displays rewarded ads and display ads through approved ad networks such as Google AdSense and Ezoic. These partners may use cookies or identifiers to measure ad performance and personalize ads.

• Rewarded ads are always optional. A coin alternative is provided where applicable.
• Where required by law, a consent prompt lets you manage ad and analytics preferences. You can adjust or withdraw consent at any time.
• Ad networks are responsible for the ads they serve. If you see an inappropriate ad, use the contact below to report it.

6. Leagues, clashes & leaderboards

Competitive features (weekly country leagues, Zikir Clash, World Raid, Guardian mode) are for entertainment and motivation.

• Leaderboards reflect taps and contributions synced from eligible accounts.
• We may remove suspicious scores, reset weekly standings, or disqualify accounts that violate the acceptable-use rules.
• Weekly leagues reset on Fridays at 18:00 UTC. Schedule and rules may change.

7. NFTs & collectibles

RAW may award limited-edition digital collectibles or Guardian NFTs for milestone achievements. These are commemorative badges and royalty-bearing digital items where applicable.

• Collectibles are optional rewards for gameplay milestones; they do not guarantee future value or resale.
• Any creator royalty (e.g. 2.5%) is set by the smart contract or platform used to mint the item.
• Ownership and transfer rules depend on the underlying blockchain or storage platform, which is outside RAW's control.

8. Religious content

RAW displays Arabic recitations, prayer reminders, and religious terminology respectfully. The tap counts, leagues, badges, and game mechanics are motivational features and carry no religious authority of their own.

Prayer-time calculations and qibla/azimuth features are provided for convenience. Always verify important religious obligations with your local authority or preferred source.

9. Intellectual property

RAW, its logos, artwork, audio, code, and content are owned by the RAW team or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its assets without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as a username or profile country), but you grant RAW a license to use it solely to operate and display the App.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend, reset, or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms, abused the service, or engaged in fraudulent behavior. You may also delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends. Virtual currency and unlocks may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

11. Disclaimer & liability

RAW is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or secure.

To the extent permitted by law, the RAW team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost coins, missed rewards, or leaderboard changes.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the App evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
