This page is maintained by the RAW team to answer common privacy and data-handling questions about RAW: Raudhah Arena Worldwide (the "App"). It is a plain-language summary, not a legal contract.

What we collect

• Account info — email and display name when you sign up. Optional profile fields (username, country) are entered by you.
• Gameplay stats — Selawat taps, zikir progress, streaks, coins, unlocks, and battle results, stored so you can sync across devices.
• Location — when you use the Solat check-in feature we read your device location to verify you are in the prayer window and to fetch your city's azan schedule. You can switch to manual city entry at any time.
• Device & usage data — standard web logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) and analytics events used to improve the app.

What we do NOT collect

• Contents of your prayers, zikir, or personal messages.
• Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
• Payment card details — payments are handled by third-party processors.

How we use it

• Run and secure your account.
• Sync your progress across devices.
• Rank countries on the weekly league.
• Show relevant prayer times.
• Serve rewarded and display ads through approved ad networks.

Cookies & advertising

RAW uses a consent management platform to record your ad and analytics preferences. Where required by law (EU/UK/CA/etc.) you will see a consent prompt. Ad partners may set cookies or identifiers to measure ad performance; you can adjust or withdraw consent at any time.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account from the Account page. When you do, we remove your profile and gameplay stats within 30 days, except for minimal records we are required to keep (e.g. abuse or legal compliance).

Children

RAW is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
